1. Nature of the service

PortFolk is a personal investment tracking and organisation tool. Data, calculations and content are provided for information only.

PortFolk does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, personalised recommendations, portfolio management or order execution.

2. Investment decisions

To the extent permitted by law, PortFolk is not responsible for users’ investment decisions, losses or missed gains. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Data accuracy and updates

Market data may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Analysis also depends on the quality of data entered by the user.

4. Simulators and calculations

Simulators and calculators provide illustrative results based on simplified models and are not reliable forecasts of future returns.

5. Tax report

The tax report is an automatic estimate for information only, calculated from the data entered by the user and from a simplified reading of Italian tax law, which may change or not cover the individual user’s situation (for example special regimes, unusual foreign income, inheritances or gifts). It is not tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace the broker’s tax statement, the tax return or the advice of an accountant or a CAF.

To the extent permitted by law, PortFolk does not guarantee that the figures are accurate, complete or up to date and is not liable for taxes, penalties, interest or any other damage arising from their use. Before filing, users must check the figures against their broker’s documents and with a qualified professional.

The same warnings appear in the notice shown on the report page. If users choose not to see it again, the warnings still apply.

6. Proper use and account security

Users are responsible for their credentials and submitted data. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access attempts, or actions that compromise platform availability or security.

7. Marketing communications

Newsletters and promotional communications are sent only with optional consent, separate from acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
