Import your Scalable Capital portfolio into PortFolk
Import your Scalable Capital trades into PortFolk with the transactions CSV: purchases, sales, savings plan executions and distributions.
The file you need
The transactions CSV, separated by semicolons, with the columns date, time, status, reference, description, assetType, type, isin, shares, price, amount, fee, tax and currency.
How to export the file from Scalable Capital
- 1Export the list of transactions from Scalable Capital as CSV.
- 2Upload it to PortFolk unchanged.
How to import it into PortFolk

- 2In PortFolk open Assets → Transactions and press Import.

Frequently asked questions
Are Scalable's savings plan executions imported?
Yes: each plan execution becomes a purchase, with its quantity and price.
Do I have to link my Scalable Capital account or give my credentials?
No. PortFolk does not connect to the broker: you upload a file you exported from Scalable Capital, and you can check every row before confirming.
Can I import another broker too?
Yes: import each broker's file and the trades add up in the same portfolio.
How many trades can I import on the free plan?
The Free plan goes up to 10 instruments and 120 transactions in total; Premium has no limits. Before you confirm, the preview tells you how many rows fit the limit.
What if the file is not read?
Check that you exported the file described above without changing it. Otherwise you can copy the trades into PortFolk's CSV or Excel template and import that.
