Import your Webank portfolio into PortFolk
Import your Webank trades into PortFolk with the export of the securities movements: purchases, sales, dividends and coupons.
The file you need
The export of the securities movements in Excel or CSV, with columns such as Data, Segno or Operazione and ISIN. Column names can change: PortFolk recognises them among the usual ones.
How to export the file from Webank
- 1In Webank's private area open the movements of the securities account and pick the period.
- 2Export them in Excel or CSV and upload the file unchanged.
How to import it into PortFolk
- 1Export the file from Webank, as described above.
- 2In PortFolk open Assets → Transactions and press Import.
- 3Pick Webank as the broker, upload the file and generate the preview.
- 4Check the preview: each row's ticker and currency, since the same ISIN can be listed on several exchanges, and the rows skipped with their reason. You can leave out rows you do not want.
- 5Confirm: the trades enter the portfolio and prices update.
What is imported
- Purchases and sales, and bond redemptions as sales.
- Dividends and coupons.
- Fees, added to the trade of the same order.
What is skipped, with the reason
- Taxes, withholdings and stamp duty.
- Other movements, with the reason in the preview.
What you see after the import
- The portfolio's value in euros, also with securities in other currencies.
- What the portfolio actually returns: money-weighted (XIRR) and time-weighted, against a benchmark.
- Dividends and coupons received and those to come, in a calendar.
- Allocation by class, instrument, sector and region, and the gap to your targets.
- An estimate of capital gains and losses, stamp duty and IVAFE year by year in the Italian tax report (Premium plan).
Frequently asked questions
Webank's Excel or CSV?
Either works: PortFolk looks for the header row with date, operation type and ISIN in both formats.
Do I have to link my Webank account or give my credentials?
No. PortFolk does not connect to the broker: you upload a file you exported from Webank, and you can check every row before confirming.
Can I import another broker too?
Yes: import each broker's file and the trades add up in the same portfolio.
How many trades can I import on the free plan?
The Free plan goes up to 10 instruments and 120 transactions in total; Premium has no limits. Before you confirm, the preview tells you how many rows fit the limit.
What if the file is not read?
Check that you exported the file described above without changing it. Otherwise you can copy the trades into PortFolk's CSV or Excel template and import that.
