Frequently asked questions
Are shares received through Saveback imported?
No: Saveback and Stockperk rows are skipped, with the reason shown in the preview. You can add those positions by hand as new transactions.
Do I have to link my Trade Republic account or give my credentials?
No. PortFolk does not connect to the broker: you upload a file you exported from Trade Republic, and you can check every row before confirming.
Can I import another broker too?
Yes: import each broker's file and the trades add up in the same portfolio.
How many trades can I import on the free plan?
The Free plan goes up to 10 instruments and 120 transactions in total; Premium has no limits. Before you confirm, the preview tells you how many rows fit the limit.
What if the file is not read?
Check that you exported the file described above without changing it. Otherwise you can copy the trades into PortFolk's CSV or Excel template and import that.
